Overview


The Vice-President, Impression is responsible for the strategic leadership, growth, and operational excellence of the entire division. 


This executive role oversees national sales, operations, and sales enablement for print solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and long‑term business objectives. 


The VP drives revenue, margin expansion, EBITDA growth, innovation, and high‑performance culture while positioning the organization as a market leader in omnichannel print solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end strategy for the Print division, developing an omnichannel approach (retail stores, online, direct sales) that positions the company as a market leader

  • Own full P&L accountability for the Print business, driving revenue growth, profitability, margin expansion, and operational excellence

  • Oversee national print sales for the Enterprise segment, including sales strategy, performance enablement, and customer acquisition

  • Promote innovation by identifying market trends, customer needs, and emerging opportunities to keep the company at the forefront of the print industry

  • Build, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement

  • Strengthen enterprise customer relationships by acting as executive sponsor for key accounts and collaborating cross‑functionally to deliver integrated solutions

  • Drive operational and financial optimization, including vendor partnerships, cost efficiency improvements, KPI development, and long‑term planning

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Print Management, or related field (MBA preferred)

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in the print industry, including 7+ years in senior leadership

  • Proven success developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and profitability

  • Experience leading large cross‑functional teams and major enterprise‑level initiatives

  • Strong strategic leadership capabilities and team‑building skills

  • Advanced financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

  • Demonstrated success in strategic sales leadership with a track record of exceeding targets

  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

  • Deep understanding of print technologies, market trends, and customer needs

  • Experience in sales enablement, including program design and implementation
