Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee daily office operations, optimize internal systems, and lead the administrative team. The ideal candidate has experience in large organizations and Canadian office environments, with a strong ability to build and implement office operation systems, SOPs, and workflows.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day‑to‑day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity

  • Build, implement, and continuously improve office operation systems, including OA workflows and SOPs

  • Establish standardized administrative procedures and documentation processes

  • Lead, train, and supervise the office/administrative team

  • Coordinate internal communications and cross‑departmental support

  • Manage office budget, vendors, supplies, and facilities

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

  • Support senior management with administrative planning and operational improvements

Compensation Structure (Important)

  • Job Type: Permanent, Full‑time

  • Salary Range: $70,000–$80,000 per year

  • Location: Richmond Hill, ON

  • Work Arrangement: In person

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Office Manager, preferably in a large organization

  • Proven experience working in a Canadian office environment

  • Strong background in building office operation systems, SOPs, and workflow processes

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing office or administrative teams

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management tools

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Mandarin and English

  • Ability to commute or relocate to Richmond Hill, ON
