Overview
We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to oversee office administration and support daily operations. This role requires strong hands-on execution in procurement, vendor management, contract oversight, and office setup within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including utilities (water/electricity) and property coordination
Handle administrative procurement (office supplies, IT equipment, cleaning services, etc.), including vendor sourcing and price comparison
Manage vendor relationships and monitor service quality
Oversee contract management, including tracking, renewals, and compliance
Maintain fixed asset inventory and tracking
Coordinate business travel and provide general administrative support
Support office setup and regional administrative coordination
Arrange meetings and manage visitor reception
Compensation Structure (Important)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary Range: $90,000–$120,000 per year
Benefits: Paid time off
Qualifications
5+ years of administrative or office management experience
Strong background in procurement, vendor management, and office setup
Familiarity with asset management and contract management
Bilingual preferred
Language Requirement: Chinese (required)
