Overview


We are seeking an experienced Admin Manager to oversee office administration and support daily operations. This role requires strong hands-on execution in procurement, vendor management, contract oversight, and office setup within a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including utilities (water/electricity) and property coordination

  • Handle administrative procurement (office supplies, IT equipment, cleaning services, etc.), including vendor sourcing and price comparison

  • Manage vendor relationships and monitor service quality

  • Oversee contract management, including tracking, renewals, and compliance

  • Maintain fixed asset inventory and tracking

  • Coordinate business travel and provide general administrative support

  • Support office setup and regional administrative coordination

  • Arrange meetings and manage visitor reception

Compensation Structure (Important)

  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Salary Range: $90,000–$120,000 per year

  • Benefits: Paid time off

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of administrative or office management experience

  • Strong background in procurement, vendor management, and office setup

  • Familiarity with asset management and contract management

  • Bilingual preferred

  • Language Requirement: Chinese (required)

  • Work Location: In person
