Independent Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Manage your recruitment process end-to-end, from sourcing candidates to final placements.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.

  • Identify the latest hiring channels for posting job ads for open positions

  • Utilize advanced tools and job boards to source top talent.

  • Collaborate with a network of experienced recruitment professionals to share best practices.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Fundamental Skills:

  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work autonomously while delivering excellent results.

  • Professional Independence: Ideal for freelance or independent recruiters or agency recruiters transitioning to becoming their own boss and starting their freelance/independent life.

  • Communication skills: The candidate must be able to communicate with clients of all backgrounds and educational levels. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills are a must.

  • Organizational skills: Must be comfortable juggling numerous clients, on- and off-site meetings, and deadlines. Individuals who are highly organized are best equipped to manage the many parts of the job and keep client proposals and other tasks on track.

  • Time-management skills: Must understand how to prioritize their time, be comfortable managing a calendar, and adjust their schedule as needed.

  • Technical and computer skills: Must have basic technical and computer skills.

  • Drive and self-motivation: Goal-oriented and commission-driven. Professionals who have drive and motivation will push themselves to succeed.
